We designed and developed the website and web application for KindredCare, a Canadian platform that connects seniors with trusted caregivers through AI-powered matching. The solution highlights their caregiving services, ensures a seamless onboarding experience for both families and caregivers, and builds trust with a clean, accessible interface. Project Problems
The previous Kindred Care website lacked a modern and trustworthy design that reflected the brand’s compassionate healthcare values. The information hierarchy was unclear, making it difficult for users to quickly understand services or find what they needed. Conversion rates were low due to weak storytelling and a lack of clear call-to-actions, while the mobile experience suffered from poor responsiveness and inconsistent layouts. Additionally, the brand’s visual identity and tone were not consistent across pages, leading to a fragmented and less credible online presence.

Creating a seamless and emotionally engaging user experience while maintaining a professional medical tone was one of the biggest hurdles. Balancing warmth and credibility in both visuals and content required careful attention. Ensuring consistent performance across all devices and maintaining accessibility standards added further complexity.
