Project Details

AgileSourcing is a Canadian SaaS platform transforming the fashion supply chain through generative AI and real-time market analytics. It empowers fashion designers and brands to create, validate, and source sustainable designs based on live social media trends. By combining AI-powered design mock-ups, engagement analysis, and supplier matching, AgileSourcing bridges the gap between creativity, consumer demand, and ethical production — creating a data-driven ecosystem for the future of fashion.

02

Project Problems
Fashion designers and manufacturers face mounting challenges: rising production costs, unpredictable demand, and increasing pressure to adopt ethical practices. While consumers demand sustainability and transparency, brands struggle to keep up with fast-changing trends, often overproducing garments that end up as waste. Existing design and sourcing tools lack the intelligence to analyze real-time consumer preferences or connect directly with verified sustainable suppliers, leading to inefficiency, waste, and lost revenue opportunities.

03

Project Challenges
The biggest challenge was integrating generative AI, social listening, and sourcing automation within a single cohesive platform. The solution needed to analyze live engagement data from social media, create AI-generated mock-ups, and connect designers to vetted suppliers—all while maintaining a smooth and intuitive experience. Balancing technological sophistication with accessibility for non-technical users was key to achieving AgileSourcing’s vision of merging innovation with usability.

Project Solutions
We created a seamless AI-powered SaaS platform that empowers designers to make data-driven creative decisions. Designers upload their concepts, and AgileSourcing’s AI engine analyzes real-time engagement metrics from platforms like Instagram and TikTok to refine designs. The system automatically suggests iterations and matches each design with sustainable textile and apparel manufacturers from a verified global database. This end-to-end process reduces waste, speeds up go-to-market timelines, and ensures each design aligns with authentic consumer demand. AgileSourcing is not just a tool — it’s a sustainable bridge between design intelligence and ethical production.

01. Discover

We began by studying the evolving landscape of fashion technology, interviewing designers, and analyzing how brands react to trends. Insights from reports by McKinsey and the Ellen MacArthur Foundation helped us understand the growing demand for sustainable sourcing and AI-assisted creativity. This discovery phase defined the platform’s dual goal — enabling real-time trend validation and ethical supply chain integration.

02. Design

Our design phase focused on simplifying complexity. We developed intuitive wireframes where users could visualize engagement analytics, upload designs, and explore supplier recommendations without friction. The interface was built around a clean, minimal aesthetic using neutral palettes and modular layouts to reflect professionalism and trust. The result: a system that feels familiar to designers yet powerful enough to handle advanced AI-driven functions.

03. Develop

Working with our development team, we integrated generative AI models, CRM capabilities, and real-time data APIs to connect designers, suppliers, and analytics in one dashboard. The MVP included social listening algorithms to capture engagement data, AI-driven mock-up generation, and a supplier-matching engine. Extensive testing ensured that each feature worked seamlessly while maintaining fast performance across devices.

04. Deliver

The final product delivers a future-ready platform that redefines how fashion brands create, test, and produce designs. By launching AgileSourcing, the team introduced a sustainable and intelligent solution that aligns design innovation with environmental responsibility. The platform enables brands to minimize waste, validate ideas before production, and strengthen ties with certified manufacturers — proving that data, creativity, and ethics can coexist beautifully.
