Aerowild Tech is a Canadian aviation-tech startup building an intelligent drone logistics network for rural and industrial delivery. The platform uses AI-driven routing, IoT sensors, and autonomous flight control systems to make aerial delivery safer, faster, and more sustainable. Designed to serve industries such as healthcare, agriculture, and emergency response, Aerowild Tech bridges the gap between accessibility and innovation — creating the foundation for an autonomous aerial supply chain in Canada.

Project Problems
Remote and rural regions across Canada face consistent challenges in logistics — from delayed medical deliveries to high transportation costs and limited road access. Traditional supply chains struggle with extreme weather, long distances, and last-mile inefficiencies. While drones have shown potential for on-demand logistics, most systems lack the automation, safety intelligence, and scalability required for real-world deployment. Aerowild Tech set out to solve these challenges by developing an AI-powered, data-connected aerial delivery ecosystem built for performance and precision.

Project Challenges
Developing a fully autonomous delivery network demanded the integration of AI, IoT, and aerospace engineering into one cohesive system. The platform needed to optimize real-time flight paths, manage fleet health, comply with strict Transport Canada regulations, and process environmental data instantly. Balancing these technical demands with user-friendly control dashboards for logistics managers required deep collaboration across design, engineering, and AI development teams.

Aerowild Tech introduces a smart drone ecosystem capable of autonomous route optimization, predictive maintenance, and live environmental awareness. Each drone is equipped with AI-based navigation and sensor systems that adapt to terrain, weather, and flight restrictions. 01. Discover

We began with comprehensive research into the Canadian aviation and drone logistics sector, studying government regulations, environmental factors, and existing pilot projects. Insights revealed a growing need for autonomous, data-driven solutions in remote delivery — particularly in healthcare, mining, and disaster response. This research defined Aerowild’s direction: to build an intelligent, regulatory-ready platform that could scale sustainably.

02. Design

The design phase focused on building trust through precision. We created a clean, high-contrast interface that balances technical complexity with usability. From flight-path visualization to drone health analytics, every feature was designed to provide clarity and control for operators while maintaining an advanced, modern aesthetic that reflects aviation precision.

03. Develop

Our development team built the core MVP using AI-enabled flight algorithms, real-time telemetry processing, and IoT sensor integration. The back-end architecture supports live communication between drones and the control platform while complying with Canadian air-safety standards. Rigorous simulations were performed to test route optimization, energy efficiency, and obstacle avoidance under varied environmental conditions.
